"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "Another lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of historic Lincoln. A short walk from both the Castle and Cathedral. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. However, we had a delicious afternoon tea and breakfast in the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. A wonderful stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting the city. "
