The apartment is 150 square meters, is located on the ground floor, is suitable for allergy sufferers, has a separate entrance with cloakroom and offers free Wi-Fi. The apartment was taken in the summer of 2018 after extensive renovation in operation, it is modern and high quality equipped. It has the following rooms:
3 bedrooms with real wood parquet
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating
1 bathroom with shower and bath
1 living room equipped with real wood parquet, flat screen and comfortable couch
1 dining room with large table and seating for 6 people
1 kitchen with separate dining area for up to 6 people, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, hand mixer
1 utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer / cooler combination.
All rooms are equipped with shutters and insect screens.
For free of charge equipment of the apartment includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, makeup mirror, bathroom stool, board games, card games, DVD player, stereo, crockery, glasses, cutlery, div. Kitchen utensils Dishwasher tablets, aluminum foil, cling film, baking paper, garbage bags and dishwashing detergents and cleaning products are included in the price.
The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and three garden loungers.

You would like to relax by the water? No problem! An in-house sandy beach and a water terrace are at your disposal.

You can park your car free of charge in a covered building and leave your bicycles in a locked garage.

The apartment has a peninsula location on Diersfordter forest lake and is located between the towns Bislich and Diersfordt. The two towns are parts of Wesel. Wesel town center is 9 km away.
The nearest large town is called Flüren and is 6 km away. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream, u. v.m ..
Bislich is 3 km away, there is a bakery, cafes and restaurants.

Surroundings
From Bislich lead many bike paths and hiking trails along the Rhine or through the beautiful Lower Rhine countryside. From April to November, a ferry (pedestrian / cyclist) crosses the Rhine 3-4 days a week. It connects the town of Bislich with the ancient Roman town of Xanten.

Haus am See
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit allem was man im Haus braucht und mehr. Die Lage ist ebenfalls Super, direkt am See mit Steg und Liegen, genau wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Seeen, die schönen Hofläden und natürlich den Rhein war sehr Idyllisch und lud zum Fahrradfahren förmlich ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den netten und absolut unkomplizierten Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Ideal für Radtouren.
Es war alles da was man braucht. Due Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch nochmal wieder herkommen.

Ein Traum von einer Ferienwohnung!
Eine Ferienwohnung, die an Wünschen nichts offen lässt! Sehr geschmackvolle, hochwertige Einrichtung. Top ausgestattete Küche, viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten ("das Tüpfelchen auf dem i"). Wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse. Alles ist supersauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits von der Stadt Wesel in ländlich bezaubernder Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir hatten perfekte Wohlfühltage "zum Entschleunigen" bei herzlichen und freundlichen Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selbst schuld!

Eine sehr schöne Oase :-)
Diese wunderschöne Wohnung ist wirklich voll ausgestattet - und bietet Zusätzliches. Es wird ein kleines Angebot an Getränken in der Wohnung bevorratet - (Bezahlung der entnommenen Getränke über eine kleine Kasse). Die Einrichtung insgesamt ist hochwertig und gemütlich. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden. Liegen auf der Terrasse und am See-Steg sind ebenfalls da... Eine Terrassensitzgruppe und Auflagen sind selbstverständlich ! Der Blick auf den Baggersee wird je nach Einstellung des Betrachters durch einen kleinen Bagger auf dem See oder durch Sand- und Kieshügel etwas "getrübt" - uns hat es nicht gestört, da rundherum schöne grüne Wald- und Uferflächen das Auge verwöhnt haben. Grundsätzlich ist es eine schöne Gegend, mit viel Wasser und Grünflächen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder und danken den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern für Alles.

Super schöne, ruhig gelegene, toll ausgestattete Wohnung
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, es war eine moderne, gemütlich eingerichtete große Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter in allen Zimmern. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und es war einfach an alles gedacht. Sogar Getränke lagen schon kalt. Also rundum ein toller Urlaub.

Die ins Netz gestellten Bilder sind schon sehr aussagekräftig, die Realität übertrifft aber alles. Die Objektbeschreibung und Ausstattung halten , was sie versprechen. Tiptop saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist großzügig, alles auf dem neuesten, aktuellsten Standard; eingerichtet mit Stil und Charme. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan und bieten bei Bedarf in allen Dingen Hilfe und Unterstützung an. Liebe Familie Laakmann, ankommen, im Urlaub sein, sich willkommen und wohl fühlen.
