"The pods are very clean and tidy, nicely secluded within the forest, the whole site is well maintained with good facilities. The coffee and takeaway area was lovely to sit at near the pool, meals in the restaurant were also very good. Good base for cycling around with plenty of tracks and trails, excellent for the celebrations on Ginkel Heath. Would definitely stay again. "

"The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. "Esmeer bei Aalst ist für Radtouren ideal gelegen und ist ruhig und gepflegt. Unser Chalet hatte ausser im Aussenbereich alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht! "We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not.
