"Sehr schöne, geräumige, helle Wohnung, in der sieben bis acht Erwachsene sich wohlfühlen können. Gute Ausstattung, sauber. Zentral gelegen, (kostenpflichtiger) Parkplatz ca. 100 m entfernt. Es gab Probleme beim Check-In, da zunächst ein falscher Schlüsselbox-Code genannt wurde. Die Hausverwaltung war insgesamt telefonisch schlecht erreichbar, ich wurde mehrmals aus der "Warteschlange" gekickt. Das muss sich verbessern."

Oberflächlich war auch gereinigt worden, aber eine intensive Grundreinigung plus Wartung hätte gut getan: Die Treppe zur Wohnungstür wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr gekehrt, das Glasgeländer im Dachgeschoß hatte einen deutlichen Belag, Fingertapser auf Toaster usw.. "Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town."
