"Very pleasant 4 night stay in mid March. Weather kind to us. Beautiful local walks, no need to use the car during our stay. Planned to take the local bus to Appletreewick on Tuesday. Note it does not run on Tuesdays so went to Skioton!"

"We stayed for two weeks at The Bothy. We used it as a base to explore the Dales. We enjoyed seeing the local sights and villages. There are numerous sites to visit within one hour’s drive. Also, there are nice walks from the front door to visit Aysgarth Falls, Cauldron Falls at West Burton, and a longer walk to Bolton Castle. "Westbrook House was a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place to stay. With beautiful views over the dales and being serenaded by the sweet sounds of the various birdsongs, it was a quiet oasis for us to relax. The house itself was perfect.
