"Fantastic hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very spacious rooms with a little kitchen to prep your food. Comfortable beds and a nice little living area. Perfect place to stay overnight as we drove from UK to Sweden. Didn't get a chance to use the outside areas as it was winter and weather didnt allow it. But will 100% stay here again next time we pass."

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"In Heiligenhafen beginnt die Hauptsaison - laut Kurtaxenerhebung - am 1. April. In der Gastronomie, im Einzelhandel und am Strand wird das Mitte April offensichtlich anders gesehen: geschlossene Lokale und Geschäfte, sukzessive Bestückung der verschiedenen Strandabschnitte mit Strandkörben.Hochsaison hatten allerdings die Hundebesitzer; Heiligenhafen scheint in der 4-Beiner-Szene einen guten Ruf zu genießen.Fazit: Tolle Unterkunft am falschen Ort!"
