"don't know why Hotels.com ask about a charge point - there's virtually none in Devon and Cornwall once you get outside of Plymouth and Truro so i have no idea why this would make any difference to the quality of the accommodation.... This is a great place to stay and is very well used by the locals. Ive stayed here a few times before so im happy to return whenever im in the area"

"The hotel was a joy to stay at. The staff are fabulous and Nicole at breakfast was so lovely. The food was really good and would recommend the Argento rose as a perfect end to the day. The bar staff would look after an open bottle for us in the fridge. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect and clean. I am definitely coming back on my next visit to Dartmoor. Thank you to all the staff for creating a welcoming hotel."

"Great stay, not really too sure why people have left negative feedback for this place ? I can only imagine they have Rolls Royce taste & Skoda budgets as the saying goes ? Im a sales rep so i stay away quite a bit. yes this place isnt the most luxurious - but look at what you pay. It ticked all the boxes for me. & i stay away quite a bit. "The business is no longer a going concern, no staff, fire risks, lack of lighting in public areas, on-line advertising is totally misleading (outdated). One has to feel for the poor Landlord trying in vain to keep going."

"A lovely few days away at Turtley Corn Mill while we visited local attractions and towns. Room was very generous with a very comfortable, large bed. Breakfast was exceptional—and dinner was good too. Service throughout was superb. Pub is situated in lovely grounds and the interior’s cosy, especially in late autumn/early winter. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Just returned from a lovely holiday at Bovisand. The views across Plymouth sound were amazing and the kids had a great time. Everything was just as described and our hosts were everything you could ask for. I only had very minor issues. The first being the road into the estate is not for the faint hearted, very narrow single track road with limited visibilty. Had a couple of near misses with drivers driving too fast. The only other issue was a lack of facilities for young kids. They loved...
