"Hotel staff are exceptional, especially the young gentleman on the hotels reception. Big clean hotel with decent facilities and a nice clean smelling and friendly vibe to it. As daft as it sounds you feel safe in the hotel. The entrance of the hotel looks directly onto Magdeburg translation which is perfect for commuting to airports and major cities. "

"Everything was fantastic! Large rooms with lots of space, huge bathroom with a tub, extremely comfortable bed, and free drinks! I only have 2 minor complaints. First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location. "

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...
