In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a two single.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and a sink.
The second bathroom has a sink and a shower.

Bed cover/duvet & pillows and towels are NOT INCLUDED

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Later check outs can be organised but must contact us to organise. Later then 10am check out could effect security deposit.
-All bookings come with 150units per week electric, once this has been used you will need cover the cost of the electric top up at the office.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Rubbish MUST be removed from property and taken to bin sheds or taken with you.
- Any damage will be billed to you
