If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...

"Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben.
