"Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! My wife grew up near here and we have many family in the area. We made this trip to attend her sister's funeral.

Wellsville has a very limited sightseeing. There is actually nothing to do in the town unless you like Dollar General stores. Must travel at least an hour away to see or do anything. I will continue to travel there to see my great granddaughter

The village of Wellsville was fine. We were there for a softball tournament, so we didn't have time to see much of it. Basically a couple of restaurants and the ball fields.
