A cool and contemporary conversion of an old boathouse with a pretty courtyard garden and parking, just a short walk from Wells quay and the centre of this bustling little seaside town. This stylish hideaway, a favourite with our guests, is set down a narrow side street yet is only a short walk to all the pubs, restaurants and shops.

Although small in size, this 'cute as a button' property delivers in bucket loads. With quality fixtures and fittings throughout and a stylish vibe, this little gem is a great place to stay all-year round. With most of the accommodation on the first floor, you have the added benefit of a parking space for a medium sized vehicle in the garage beneath the living area - a rarity in Wells!

This bijou detached property allows couples to enjoy plenty of privacy too, with a pretty sheltered courtyard garden to the rear, which is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee and reading the newspaper or dining alfresco on warmer days.

Although there is a garage, it is only possible to park a medium-size family car (or bicycles!) inside the garage due to the narrow road. Larger/estate cars will have difficulty accessing due to the lack of turning space.
Please note that the access walkway to the side of the property is narrow.
This property is located in the heart of Wells, so there are sometimes business deliveries nearby, including early mornings.

It was great to have parking in a small seaside town. You have to remember the roads were not built for cars. Great location in the centre of Wells and the town centre has really improved with lots of independent shops and cafes. Only downside is not having a separate bedroom but even that was a bit of a reminder of days gone by in rented flats 😊. Would definitely recommend.
