Upon retiring from the outdoors for the evening, all guests will be able to relax without crowding each other. A second comfortable sitting room is presented on the ground floor, adding a great option for those looking to huddle around a board game or film on the Netflix enabled television. Sonos has been installed in all of these areas. The open plan living area and the comfortable second sitting room have large bi-fold doors, allowing large sections of the house to be opened up to the outdoors. Particularly wonderful in the summer, when you wish to invite the good weather inside.
Outside hosts a well enclosed rear garden, perfect for containing little ones or our four-legged friends. This is a great suntrap - just don't forget your sun-cream! To the front, is private parking and a small area that can be accessed via the bi-fold doors in the sitting room.
