Visit to Wells
We chose this property because of its proximity to Wells which we hadn't visited before particularly its Cathedral and Bishop's Place Gardens .We were not disappointed. The cottage was in a perfect situation being only 3 miles from the city and was very well appointed with a lovely lay out and very clean, we could not have asked for more. We met Carol and were able to express or appreciation for everything. If you want a cottage to explore what is a beautiful area you could not ask for anything more, We would certainly stay again if around the area and Wells is a lovely city.
A holiday to remember.

Weekend break
We had a great weekend staying at The Stables. We visited Wells, Glastonbury and Cheddar and enjoyed walks up Glastonbury Tor and the Cheddar Gorge Cliff Walk. The gorge walk is very steep in places but it’s worth the effort for the views at the top.
The cottage has everything you need. It’s cosy and comfortable and the shower is fantastic!
Only thing missing is a local pub within walking distance but that wouldn’t put me off from staying again.
I highly recommend.
