Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, where luxury meets convenience at this centrally-located, beautiful new HGTV-inspired beach house just one mile from the ocean and just blocks from the famous Scoop Deck.

Enjoy the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen to cook family meals or relax by the fire pit on the deck with your morning brew from the loaded coffee bar. The options are endless to enjoy this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Clean, Spacious Common Space, Nice Amenities
We had a great stay at this unit. The first floor is one open space with a large kitchen island, elevated dining table and large living room L couch. Good for gathering with streaming options on the TV. Everything was easy to find and well explained in a guest book. The complementary bathroom products were great as well.

Could not ask for a better home. The house had it all, very clean and i'll stress the word clean. Great quiet neighborhood. Loved it all. The central a/c was wonderful. I could go on and on about our stay at their home. You will never be sorry if you rent this home. I hope to rent again this coming year. Diane

The house had everything you could think of. Other than food, everything was included. Having outdoor games and bikes to use was great and the location was a short walk to the beach. We visited several close picturesque towns and Wells was near so many activities it was hard to choose what to partake in.

Great time!
We have been coming up to Maine since I was little. Always love going every year. This place is as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Owners help if need be while you are there. Our family was very comfortable. Had a few things if needed for your dog. We are looking forward to going back next year!!

Great accommodations!
The rental home was exceptionally clean, well maintained and well appointed. Always pleasant walking into a nice, clean space, particularly given the home is pet friendly! A great location for short drives to take day trips to explore Portland, Kennebunkport, Portsmouth, etc. Highly recommend!
