This condo is located in the Moody neighborhood of Wells, a Southern Maine village known for its sparkling beaches and dozens of antique shops. Take morning walks in the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge six miles north or bring the provided beach gear to Moody and Ogunquit Beaches one mile away. Hop in the car for easy drives to Kennebunkport 10 miles northeast.

An ideal space for a small family, this spacious condo will welcome you back from the beach with a homey ambience, which includes a well-stocked kitchen with standard appliances. Plug your phone into the sound dock as you sip cold drinks on the patio, grab a magazine on your way to the heated outdoor pool, and pick up some local seafood to cook on the community grill each evening. Back in your condo, you can snuggle up with your loved ones and watch DVDs on the TV.

Great Stay!
My friends and I had a great stay here! We came prepared with our own becah chairs and towles but all was provided for with the accommodation, which was great to see. Very well stocked space and nicely located to downtown Ogunquit. Would be happy to stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect Location
This rental was exactly where we wanted and needed to stay for a family gathering nearby. This unit was clean and comfortable. The pull out couch was the only issue. Use of the couch was just fine.

L'unité d'habitation est généreusement fournie pour des journées réussies à la plage. Chaises de plage, parasol, charriot de transport, jouets de sable d'enfants, planches de surf, rien ne manque. C'est aussi généreux côté literie et côté articles de cuisine. Tant et si bien qu'il manque un peu de rangement pour nos vêtements et effets personnels avec tous ces placards et tiroirs remplis. Enfin, on ne peut se plaindre d'une telle abondance. La chambre joliment décorée et aérée peut accueillir quatre dormeurs dans des lits confortables. L'autre pièce, celle du coin salon et de la cuisinette est plus exigüe et bondée mais tout de même agréable. Le balcon est idéal pour la lecture, le petit café du matin. La piscine est propre et propice à de belles baignades et à la farniente sur des transats vintage. On y était souvent seuls en cette fin d'août. La mer (c'est pour cela qu'on se rend dans ce coin de pays après tout) est accessible à pied en une vingtaine de minutes via Ocean Drive vers Footbridge. Cela évite de coûteux frais de stationnement. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on séjourne au Holiday House. La première au Paradise Cove. On y a trouvé notre bonheur à coût raisonnable.

This property is perfect for our small family of four. Conveniently located to beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, playgrounds etc. the unit was clean and had everything we needed - wonderful spot!

Great little place!
The vacation home looked exactly like it did in the photo's & 3D walk-through. Plenty of space. It was on the 2nd floor (which is not mentioned in the Vrbo listing) The place was spotless and smelled soo good when we came in! The bedroom was really large so the 3 beds did not feel crammed in there at all. Each twin bed came with 2 pillows & the queen came with 4 pillows. They supplied the place with tons of towels for both showering and beach. Plus extra sheets & pillows. Having 2 full showers was really great. The AC works great as well. The only negatives were the couches were pretty uncomfortable (I had to prop myself up with pillows) And they had no cable for the TV, not even basic cable to watch the local news in the morning. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay, great area, nice pool.

Great spot for a family
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo because we love the location and it’s a good size for our family. The kitchenette is nice if you don’t want to eat out every night. There is a stove top with no oven, but there is a small toaster oven and microwave. The pool is nice and just across a small parking lot. The beach is a short drive, and the condo is conveniently located to all restaurants and other activities. Our only complaint would be that the sofa bed is nearly impossible to fold back into the couch. My kids were fine sleeping on it, it’s just difficult to put away. Really both couches are in rough shape. But, we go for the beach, so we were not on them much!

Beautiful and well stocked
I have stayed at this cottage two years in a row and I’m hoping to come back next year. It’s beautifully decorated and one of the biggest cottages at the hotel building. They have everything you need for a beach trip including toys for the kids. This year it came with a Roku streaming stick and it came in handy since all it was a rainy week.

booking and check in went great, with minimal effort. The property was not clean. Shower curtain was stained. Pull out sofa had crumbs all over it and some sort of liquid spilled straight through the bedding. We had to clean and disinfect areas including kitchen table which had something sticky on it. No usable television. We called the number to get resolution. # of times and never received a response.

The place was well stocked with beach gear which should have been promoted through the ad. Pots found with dried burnt food. No proper drain plug for the sink to capture food. Dishes were greasy, soap Palmolive didn’t cut the grease on the dishes, I suggest dawn. One Bedroom table lamp not working. No television-for local cable didn’t work. No hair dryer. Only one comforter. Beside this is was quiet and comfortable. A little disappointed and would like to revisit the cost.

Weekend getaway
Very clean home. Great for a family or 2 couples. Of our stay We were 2 couples. one couple stayed in the bedroom and the other stayed on the pull out couch. Check in and check out was so easy since there is a code keypad to get in. Great location. Highly recommended.

Had everything we needed
This home was exactly what we were looking for. We bought a bunch of beach necessities but found that there were more than enough included with the home. It is modern and has beachy decor which was a great touch. It’s on the second floor of a motel style building which was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
