"My family and I had a great stay at the Skylight Lodge. It is very different from other rentals, being a former inn. There is plenty of space for a big group and the two master suites are great. The fireplace in the main room is like something out of game of thrones, and was the highlight of the trip for the adults. "We had three adults and three kids stay and had a great time. The facilities were very clean and neat and all the appliances worked well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after skiing at Okemo. There was no cellphone service for Verizon at the cabin and we had to ask for the WIFI password. Bedding was awesome as were sheets and towels. All the TVs worked well. Would stay there again. Management was quick to answer our questions."

"The house was very nice. Warmly furnished. Very comfortable. We felt at home. Much time spent absorbing the lake view from the deck. We took full advantage of the lake for swimming and kayaking. Overall a great trip. One suggestion: The listing should mention linens not provided."

"Very nice and clean property with a beautiful view from the deck! The fire pit was lovely in the evening and the host supplied ingredients for making s’mores! The sky was completely clear and we enjoyed star gazing while we enjoyed the fire! The host provided quick responses to questions I asked and provided amazingly detailed information about the property, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the Rye Chalet to others and hope to stay again soon!!! "

"We were looking for something for our “baby moon” before I go back to work. We had a dream checklist and this home checked off everything on our list. We brought our 3mo old and our dog and had a peaceful weekend enjoying the hot tub, the Blackstone, and the cozy fireplace. We had some questions that were answered immediately. "This was a beautiful house but we were a little taken aback that it wasn’t situated on the grounds the way the photos showed. There is a neighbor right next door. Please read the details of the booking closely because they definitely did not leave extra toilet paper or paper towels. The towels were not great.
