This is a non-smoking townhome community. You will have kind, considerate neighbors on either side of you. The open spaces that surround our townhome are shared with our neighbors, their small children and pets. If you have pets, you must clean up after them and they must be kept on a leash at all times. If you are seen (and you will be seen) smoking or vaping, littering, acting in way that disturbs others, or not cleaning up after your pet, you will be charged and asked to leave immediately.

• No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or within 1000 feet of the building ($500 charge to your card and immediate eviction for doing so.)
• No littering of any kind (this includes cigarette butts) anywhere in the vicinity of the property. ($500 charge and immediate eviction for doing so.)
• All pets must be pre-approved at booking and are subject to pet fees. Guests will be charged $300 in addition to a daily fee for any pets that are not disclosed at booking.
• Tampering with or manipulating security cameras will result in immediate eviction from the property and a $300 fine. The same rules apply to anyone who tampers with leak detectors or door sensors.
• No parties or gatherings.
• Security Cameras: There are cameras at all exterior entrances for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Train Tracks Nearby: BNSF trains pass by the neighborhood several times a day. While the trains travel quickly and are usually out of sight within a minute, you may hear them if you're outdoors.
