Spacious Wellington Villa with heated pool

Welcome to Wellington, Florida. Step inside this tastefully decorated, split-floorplan home and unwind. Just 30 minutes to the beach and nestled in an A-rated neighborhood, you'll be close to restaurants, shops, and equestrian centers. From office space to a private heated pool to a full kitchen- ready for your next home-cooked meal, this home has it all.
We cannot wait to host you.



PARTIES & EVENTS

At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

By booking our house you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

PARKING
The garage and driveway provide plenty of parking in front of the house. We recommend no parking on the street.

POOL & SWIMMING

The pool heating temperature is set to 87 degrees from December till March. All other months the heating of the pool will be turned off. If you want to set the temperature higher (to 95 degrees) or if you need a heated pool from April to November there will be an additional fee in the amount of $50 per day.
There is no lifeguard on duty. The house, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake, or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal as dangerous wildlife may be present.

SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but guests must use provided ash receptacles. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.

The property is in an extremely convenient location near all things in Wellington that you need, yet a very quiet neighborhood. There were no "surprises" and the property was very spacious for 6 adults and an infant.

We are a family of six and this home met all of our needs. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, everything was updated, large open floor plan, very clean home. Plenty of beach towels, washcloths, and bath towels for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool. The home had many extra features. If we had any questions they were answered. Easy check in process. If you need a home in this area I would highly recommend this property.
