"Great 2-storey house. Huge well-supplied kitchen. Nice living space. A/c works really well on main floor but never touches upstairs bedrooms. Lovely front deck, great for sitting and watching the sun set. Good location, close to lots of activities. Would stay here again."

"This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free."

"We were 4 couples and wanted a house that had ensuite bedrooms. This worked. It is an old house with lots of charm and clean but the vanity in our room really needed to be replaced. The doors had fallen off and the sink was all stained. A couple of the mattresses needed replacing. They caved in the middle. The owner was very reachable. When we called to see if they have cable for TV as we wanted to watch the debate she answered her phone immediately. We used our accounts to watch it on...

"We stayed at this property as a family, the location as a home base to explore cannot be beat. The property was clean, and although work was being done to the exterior when we were there, everyone was so friendly, it was hard to mind. Be aware this is an old house, and the steps are steep to the upstairs. It would have been nice to have was some sort of guide to sorting the recyclables. I would recommend a stay here, and would stay here again."

"This was a wonderful cottage to stay in for the family (2 adults, 9 year old and 12 year old). The location was close to Kensington and Cavendish (about 25 minute drive). The cottage was well equiped, extremely clean and tidy. We loved the hot tub option. The sea food store at the end of the drive was great and offered lots of island variety! Driving/location instructions were easy to follow and Katie was great to communicate with! We had a great vacation!"

Quiet, Private, Cozy, 5 mins from beach, friendly neighbours, close to Kensington, Summerside, everything is in the cottage that you need and could think of ........... we will continue to go back because it is just what we want! "We spent thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful location. 3 adults, 3 children under 13, and a golden retriever. The beach is closer than it appears from the photos, and what a great beach for walking. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed to make a memorable thanksgiving meal— which was enjoyed with a beautiful view of the ocean, with beautiful sounds of the surf. Highly recommended for a relaxing retreat"
