"It's a nice modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and thankfully quiet. A good night sleep was had on a comfortable bed. If you are going to the NEC or the airport it is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"Its called budget for a reason but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is continental only, no hot food - there is toast, cereal, muffins/croissants and fruit. Coffee machines do all the coffees. Staff were really friendly. There is 24/7 pizza available to your room. Room was standard, the sink was in the room, separate toilet and tiny corner shower. All clean though. Came to stay here for business, so was only in the room for sleeping which worked out ok. My room was on the busy road side but...

"For the money it’s worth every cent. The rooms could do with some paint around the ceiling lights in the room I was in but apart from that the rooms are lovely and breakfast is very nice."

"We requested an early check-in prior to our stay however received no reply from the hotel. However, upon arrival the staff were willing to accommodate our request. When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. "Great hotel and only 15 minute walk to town centre. No parking but there is a public car park a 5 min walk away which was £11 for 24hrs. Room and bathroom great size and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was mostly good but only eggs were scrambled and they and the bacon were hard as sat under heat lamps "
