"The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach as well (despite the wind and rain). Thanks so much to the hosts for enabling this wonderful break."

"Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to."

"What a fantastic experience being able to spend a week a very old Manor House. We found it comfortable, cosy and enjoyed being able to sit in the garden. Location couldn’t have been better, 5minute walk to a lovely beach, high street, restaurants and pubs. Host Gina and Jon were easily contactable and made us feel very welcome."

"My second stay was as good as the first! The cottage is well-equipped, very clean and within easy walking distance of the beach, canal and town centre. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the tv, cooker, hot water etc. A designated parking place is a real bonus for a town like Bude as is the outside space with table and chairs."

"Cheaper than most and fractionally dated in its decor but thats reflected in the price. Great value for money. Located so closely to Bude. The perfect base to come backbto each day in a quiet location. The main road is noisy but you font hear it from inside the property. Views from the back garden a beautiful (yes you can see the sea). Check in and out was super smooth too. No real bad points."

"Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games."

"We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It's a fab location, just sit outside to hear the sea and waves coming in, and that's pretty much all you can hear apart from the odd seagull! It's so quiet. Great base for a relaxed surfing holiday. Really well equipped kitchen. We didn't get in the car once in 8 days as there was everything we needed within a short walk. Highly likely we'll be back!"

"This is a brilliant lodge! It’s furnished to a really high standard, and has everything needed! The host Graham was so kind and helpful and gave us all the info we needed ahead of time, as well as tips of places to visit in the local area! The Holiday Park is lovely and in a great location. "We had a small misunderstanding about the composition of our group meaning we didn't have the right combination of beds made up - but the owners responded quickly and helpfully, as they did to all questions. The large kitchen dining area was a fabulous feature, so was the lounge. The garden was also fabulous although the weather wasn't kind to us so we couldn't use it as much as we hoped. Also, be aware the garden isn't really dog-proof since the front gate is just a standard 5-bar wooden gate...

"Fabulous beach hotel. Perfect location with great sea views from dining areas, outside in garden and direct beach access at bottom of garden. Most rooms have a balcony. Room was light and airy, spacious. Beds comfortable, all clean and tidy."
