The highlight, of course, is the proximity to the park itself. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and then heading out for a safari is an experience that’s hard to beat. After a day of exploration, the campsite offers a peaceful retreat with delicious meals. The food is freshly prepared, and the chef does a fantastic job. The whole team is wonderful; so gracious and do their best to meet every request, always with a smile. Overall, Yala Safari Camping offers an excellent balance of adventure, nature, and comfort. Whether you’re a wildlife enthusiast or just looking for a unique getaway, it’s a fantastic option that provides an authentic and memorable safari experience. It is beyond magical. Leaving here is hard. "

Part of traveling is experiencing local cuisine and they are clearly trying to take care of western tourists. Totally fine - you can feel they to this to accommodate us. "The Chaarya Resort and Spa is a gorgeous hotel set in a beautiful palm tree lined property. They have a very refreshing pool, a cool outdoor bar, pool table, games area, gym and spa facilities. The grounds are absolutely immaculate, they have multiple gardeners working the lawns all the time. The hotel consists of multiple 1 or 2 story buildings meaning that its private and quiet. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The whole hotel has very chill vibes with music playing throughout. You definitely feel very relaxed throughout the stay. The only improvement I can recommend is the food at the restaurant. They probably need more variety throughout the days. The food was average, not great. But the hotel is within walking distance to some fantastic local restaurants so it wasn't a problem. The value for money at this hotel is incredible. "

"I’ve done a lot of Safaris and seen a lot of Safari camps, and this camp/glamping setup was one of the best. I mean electricity, hot water, and fan.. what’s not to love. By far, the best meal offered was breakfast as I just felt dinner was a bit too basic. I also felt that they could have outlined the price individual drinks. I mean, I knew how much dinner and breakfast cost, but I was a little in the dark as to the rest of it. However, the Safari was very cool, and even though we just missed seeing a leopard, we did see two Sloth Bears, which I’m told are even harder to see. All and all, Ysla Bih Game was a very nice camp"
