The large indoor swimming pool, measuring 11 x 5 x 1.30 metres, has a toilet, changing room and shower room. The large sliding doors along the pool can be opened in the summer for direct access to the sunny terraces, ideal for pool parties. The pool is equipped with a Sonos sound system, so you can play your own music. For refreshments, there is a separate side room where you can mix drinks. In addition to the pool, the villa offers a professional private tennis court with new artificial grass, where you can play tennis or even try out roller skating and Segways. The games room is equipped with a pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey, Jenga, darts and shuffleboard. The large party room features a 65-inch B&O TV and a top-of-the-range sound system, perfect for movie night or a game on the Playstation. Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room for 24 people, ideal for group activities or simply relaxing. There are three fully equipped kitchens, each with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as all the cooking utensils you need. The dining room seats 24 people, and three high chairs are available. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and the whole property has free and good Wi-Fi. The seven spacious bedrooms have been recently renovated and equipped with very comfortable new high-quality beds, work/dining tables and televisions. Some rooms have a private bathroom or sun terrace. In addition to the five air-conditioned rooms, there are many excellent fans available, so that every room and even the terrace can be ventilated in case of extreme heat. Bed linen and three towels per reserved bed are included, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
