"Rappahannock River Unplugged Was amazing. It was just right for our family of three. Kristine and her husband personally greeted us when we arrived. She was very responsive. The loft is updated, almost like new. It was a short walk to the river. Very quiet and pleasant. My son said he would like to live in a place like that! I highly recommend it. "

"We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "
