In the center of everything this cottage has such a great appeal that even rainy days stuck in could be relaxing and fun. Perfect for couple retreat, and those who want to explore all that Weaverville and Asheville has to offer in arts, music and mountain adventure.

Cute cottage walking distance to downtown
What a cute cottage in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Weaverville. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee listening to the birds and frogs. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Weaverville
We spent a few days in the cottage that has all the amenities! This was our 25th anniversary!! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance and Asheville was a short drive away.

Lovely little place!
Well maintained cozy place for a couple (and a small pet). Great eating places in the neighborhood. Quiet location but within an hour's drive to Roan Mountain (Applachian trail), Blue Ridge and Ashville downtown. The property seems newly built and amenities/appliances are very good quality.

Perfect Little Cottage in Weaverville
This cottage was the perfect place for a long weekend! The house was spotless and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and breweries. The decor of the house was cozy and inviting and the neighborhood consists of lovely homes with beautiful yards. A short drive from Asheville and only 20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Excellent place to stay!

This is a wonderful rental - the hosts thought of everything! The house is located in a very walkable community with great restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s only a 15 min drive to Asheville.
