Cozy cabin!
Loved our short stay! We cooked, drove to Gatlinburg/maggie valley and Blue Ridge parkway-everything pretty close. The property is very nice, I would have like to see the outside areas cleaned (including the grill, no way for us to clean that, brush needs to be replaced as well) inside was pretty clean for the most part-Wi-Fi wasn’t real good—I’m a full time doctoral student so unplugging isn’t an option but I’d return.

This property was easy to access and very quiet and serene. The cabin was very nice and all of the amenities that were provided made it even better. Love the screened in area for dining outside and charcoal and gas grill. The hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was so nice to have at night and just sit around talking and relaxing. Stores weren’t far away but the cabin was quiet with barely any traffic on the road. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Just rock on the porch and listen to nature.

Looking for Respite- This is the place!
You are up in the trees, yet there is rushing water sounds from the creek. Early morning coffee on the front porch with only sounds of the happy birds and the rushing water. Evenings spent with dinners at the outside dining room, perfect for family or romance. Don't forget the hot tub with lots of privacy, then grab your favorite evening drink and hang out reading, talking, relaxing on the wonderfully comfortable outdoor living room. The cabin itself is fully of charm and nostalgia. Only thing to remember is to use your hotspot while catching up on your favorite entertainment.

Great mountain retreat
We were looking for a mountain cabin getaway to do some hiking in the Smokey Mountains and Pisgah Forest. This cabin is right out of a mountain lodge catalogue. It's right next to a stream that is audible through open windows and while sitting on the porch. It's furnished like a mountain cabin should be complete with all the little touches you see in all the cute gift shops in downtown Waynesville or other mountain towns. There is a heated outdoor hot tub which is great for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an outdoor bbq and dining area. It's quite remote in that you have to drive off I 40 and then navigate some windy roads to get there. But that's the point---it's out of the way and getting here should be part of the adventure. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet and rustic charm. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful winter getaway
Walking into this cabin is a special experience. You are immediately surrounded by layers of curvy wooden logs and mortar, stacked like cake and icing, with beautiful beams cut across a vaulted ceiling, where a polished tree-replica screens a secluded loft. The decor works similarly with the design to help create that “nestled in” feel that you simply cannot obtain in a cookie-cutter rental or hotel. We had a great time lounging around, drinking coffee and playing guitar on the porch, cooking in the kitchen, and enjoying the fireplace and hot tub. Everything was clean and calm. We had no issues with the water, the stairs, or some of the other things mentioned by other reviewers. Moreover, the owner was quick to respond helpfully to our questions. Overall, just an amazing experience for which I’m grateful!

We had four adults, cousins celebrating birthdays for the weekend.
The outside could have been tidied up to enjoy more. The water had a strong sulfur smell. The cabin seemed to have had just a surface cleaning . Couldn't use the oven due to it filling up with smoke from previous burnt food. Not sure the bath at bottom of stairs was cleaned. The loft "bedroom" had no privacy. The stairs are not to code and very dangerous for the average adults. We also had a rodent occupying the cabin with us. Overall it was a disappointment.
