Our cozy cottages offer added privacy with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your own, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, as well as a stackable washer/dryer, 50" flat screen TV, corner fireplaces, free WiFi, private back porch with mountain views, covered breezeway with outdoor grill, outdoor dining and casual seating for outdoor gatherings. We also have outdoor seating along the banks of the babbling brook.

If you are staying in our area for an extended period of time, our cottages will wrap you in comfort and provide you the conveniences you need to feel like you never left home! This cottage was immaculate! The decor was beautiful and made the cottage feel very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and every detail was thought out. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. We will definitely return as this was one of the best places we have ever stayed!!!!

Wonderful property! It is convenient to many areas—downtown Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Asheville. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental
It's the little touches that make places memorable and stand out. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. When we arrived there was cookies and a card from the owners wish us a happy anniversary. Overall the cottage was great conveniently located near everything we needed and loved the Brooke sitting area. Was definitely a pleasurable experience and look forward to staying there again in the future for another romantic getaway.

Great experience, from the home made chocolate chip cookies and sweet anniversary card when we arrived until we checked out this morning. The owners were very accommodating, we had everything we needed and if I had a question they were very quick to reply. The cottage was extremely clean and very close to Main Street. If we come back to this area we would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place while staying in Waynesville. Great place to stay to do day trips up into Tennessee or over to Asheville. Maggie Valley right around the corner. Recharged the batteries before heading back to the grind.

Great spot for exploring western NC
Had a blast staying in this little cottage. Close to pretty much everything western NC has to offer. Downtown Waynesville is great and the Blue Ridge PKWY is right down the road. Everything is new and is in great condition. The gas fireplace was great to have on cold nights.

This property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Nice view of the mountains, immaculately clean, convenient to everything. Carolyn and Dina were wonderful hosts. I was so pleased I'm planning to come back in October and bring a friend.

Couldn’t ask for more!
Brief stay in the area to visit friends in Cullowhee before heading on to Boone. Made last minute reservation and everything was perfect. The cottage was immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in the door. There was even a homemade snickerdoodle bar awaiting us on the kitchen table. The property owner was friendly and responsive, she even gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was extremely clean and cozy. It has everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. After we ventured out each day we came back and got cozy by the fireplace. Our host were very kind and even left us a plate of cookies to enjoy. Everything was just as it was listed on the website. If you’re looking for a very nice place to stay I highly recommend the cottages as is close to everything.

Exterior of the cabin is well maintained and inviting with a lush manicured lawn! Everything is in top shape on the inside with a guest book that provides great details on TV use and washing machine operation. Kitchen is well supplied - should you want to cook, but the cabin location is within walking distance of Hazelwood and downtown Waynesville. Great bed and a plate of arrival cookies to round out your experience. Fabulous accommodations--I hope to be able to return here soon!

Awesome Cottage
We highly recommend this awesome cottage in Waynesville, NC. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The whole process was seamless and the instructions at the property were easy to understand and very helpful. It’s new, has a great layout, is incredibly clean, and is very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and making some meals on the grill. The cottage is absolutely perfect for couples. My husband loved to walk across the street to the golf course to play golf in the evenings and we would also take walks there. Looking forward to staying here again when in the area!

Loved our Smokies Cottage
When booking this unit it sounded wonderful and upon arrival was even better than we hoped for. The cottage was immaculate, comfortable furniture/bed, well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom and even has a washer/dryer. A lot of thought was put into these units to meet the needs of their guests. Most afternoons after returning from our explorations, we enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor seating area and dinners at the patio table. Our door code was sent to us a week before we arrived so all we needed to do was punch in the code and we were home. Our 5 night stay could not have been better (thanks to Carolyn and Dina) and would definitely stay here again. Phyllis and Jim O.
