It was literally a block from the Scotsman General Store and 2 blocks from town. Everything was in walking distance. Perfect location for shopping, eating, and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. "My wife and I enjoyed dining and relaxing in Laurel, Ms.. Love the home town atmosphere. We made some friends there and enjoyed dining at Bird Dog bistro, Buzzards Roost and The Commissary. Our time in Laurel was short but sweet. The Hilltop guest house is great and cozy. We will be back."

"Kalmia Suite A is perfect for 2 + our miniature Goldendoodle “Ted”. Had so much fun checking out Laurel loved the museum, Daphne Park, the food is so delicious and southern and the town is beautiful . Things are pretty quiet on Sunday and Monday as far as everything being open, but we didn’t starve or miss out on shopping Haha"

"While the stay was good, the attention to detail needs to improve for this site. There was an odor as we entered the room. There was quick communication with the management and they answered quickly. They did come by the next day and found the problem. However they did not let us know until we called them.
