"Family trip; we enjoyed the property, which was pretty much as advertised. Location is great. Don't expect much in terms of helpful communications, however, with the property manager. Let's just say we were promised a lot when we had a need, but it was just talk."

"Chuck was an amazing host. The home was clean, neat, and close to downtown. 10-15 minutes max. The aesthetics were great especially in the master room. Check in was super easy and there was safe available parking. This will definitely be my go to whenever I go to Charolette. "

"Great, spacious condo and in a nice location very close to the football stadium if staying there for a game. Only complaint would be the long distance from the actual unit and the elevators to get down to your car, otherwise really great stay!"

"This condo is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and events. Check in was easy with great directions for accessing the parking garage and condo. Communication about a problem with the entry gate was answered in a timely way. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has a great layout. We had problems with the shower but they were resolved. Condo needs a little attention to finishing details but overall a great place to stay. "

"The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

"We came to Charlotte for the Chiefs/Panthers game. We were delighted that the home was within easy walking distance. In fact, everything we needed was within walking distance--groceries, restaurants, and sights of interest such as NASCAR Hall of Fame. "

"My wife and i visited with another couple for a weekend in Charlotte. We went to the Charlotte FC match while we were in town. The location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great...

You can have a BBQ on the (shared) rooftop terrace. Enjoy a couple of cocktails while you enjoy the sites!

"This property was awesome. It had everything we needed, it was clean and beautiful. I knocked off a point for bed comfort. If I was a younger traveller it would be perfect...but as I am now older it was a bit uncomfortable but I would absolutely stay again. The value for what you get is insanely good. "

"Very nice clean place in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurant. Walk to downtown is pleasant. I felt very secure and ample parking. Nice to have small kitchen to make breakfast every morning. Wi-Fi was excellent. Nice large TV with plenty of programming."

"I had been wanting to stay at The Ballantyne Hotel for months, and when I finally got the chance, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere radiated classic sophistication. While the hotel is a 4-star property, the service is undoubtedly 5-star. Check-in was seamless, and I was impressed by the thoughtful touch of having staff check in to see if I needed any extras like towels, washcloths, water, or other essentials throughout my stay. My room was incredibly spacious, featuring a sitting area and a large desk that doubled as a great spot for work and dining. I appreciated the option to request a refrigerator, and I noticed other guests had microwaves, which adds a nice level of convenience. In the lobby, coffee and tea are available every morning from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., which is a great perk for early risers. My balcony overlooked the serene Stream Park, a beautiful space easily accessible from the lower level of the hotel or by a short walk outside. The location is also fantastic. A quick 5-minute walk took me to The Bowl at Ballantyne, where I found plenty of dining and drinking options. Additionally, the hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport and close to shopping malls, parks, and other attractions. Amenities like the pool, gym, and spa make The Ballantyne ideal for both locals looking for a relaxing staycation and out-of-town visitors like myself. Hotel delivers an "

"An upscale boutique in the heart of everything. The room was wonderful - great quality bedding, bathroom and a full minibar. Room service was excellent - they graciously customized a few items for my dietary needs and served food on real china and a silver platter. THIS is the hotel you want if you're sick of the room-service-in-a-bag-with-plastic-forks lack of quality at all the other big-box brands. Staff were superb and the location is excellent. Well done!"
