"The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. "

"The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. Also the listing does mention a grill,...

"Clean and well-kept. Exactly what my group of three needed - a landing pad to get ready for the day in and sleep at night. No kitchen but we did not spend too much time in the unit so it didn't matter. Would stay again!"

"We had a lovely stay in Nantucket. The place was very clean and had everything you might need. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom but it would be great if you had 2 kids staying with you. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The location was good - a short walk to the Wave island shuttle service. We didn't bring a car so we also Ubered a couple times. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and were readily available."

"My girl friends and I have been coming out to Nantucket for a long weekend for years now and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed!! Jais was wonderful to rent from and the on-property manager Charles (and Honey) was an absolutely delight!! We can’t wait to come back next year, 10/10 could not recommend enough!!!"

"Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! "
