"When my wife and I opened the door to this stunning studio, we were ecstatic. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. The scent of the apartment was one of supreme cleanliness. There was light on three sides. I believe there are six or seven windows. We were amazed. The floors sparkled, including the inlaid compass on the floor! That was an amazing touch. "Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! "

"The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. "
