The property and rooms are very clean, bed & bedding are new & very comfortable, king room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was very clean but needs a refresh, toilet was loose from the base but otherwise it was the best spent $70. for a good night sleep along our roadtrip. It’s just off of the exit & 5 min from Falling Waters State Park. 9/10 in it’s category. "

"I’ve been coming to bonifay, ever since I’ve been a little kid. And let me just say that this property took my breath away. Beautiful home and even better views. Kids loved playing by the water and running around in the spacious area. I would be definitely making this a regular visit. "
