Very close to the local shopping centre and food outlets. The table tennis table in the game room was given a good workout by all of us. "Very comfortable and cozy house with more than enough amenities. There were more than enough dishes for all of. We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Ample parking space for a 12 seater van/truck as well. All of us enjoyed the stay. Mark and Miriam was so friendly when I asked for a favour, they were more than happy to accommodate that which was a big help for us with 3 toddlers. "

"This is a great property and we had a wonderful week in Orford. The house is very well appointed with all that you need. It was very clean and spacious. While we only had the two of us, it is definitely large enough for a family stay. The house has a nice range of books, games, a large TV and stereo if you have a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need if you are on a budget and looking to cook rather than dine out. Situated in a quiet spot, we loved that we were close to all amenities...

"We recently stayed here as two families with kids, and overall, it was a nice experience! The upstairs part of the house was spacious and well laid out. The split-level design did make the rest of the house feel a bit different, and the steep driveway took some getting used to. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. "Fantastic views of the Derwent River and bridge from both the lounge and kitchen. The property itself was old and tired and in need of updating. No instructions on how to work oven, microwave etc. It had been cleaned prifessionally but not very well, a dust, hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs up and down. We also had problems gaining entry to the property (even though the rental was fully paud for) due to a very stubborn letting agent."
