The 2,300+ sq. ft. house accommodates from one to three families, with one master suite upstairs and a second downstairs. The upstairs living area is bright and open with large windows and two front decks that are perfect for listening to the sound of the waves. The main floor features a high open-beam ceiling over a comfortable great room with wood-burning fireplace, media room and a clean, well-accessorized kitchen. The rear of the home has a large, wrap-around deck overlooking a grove of eucalyptus trees. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck with convenient access to the kitchen. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the third is perfect for kids with four bunk beds and a single trundle. There are new 'Smart' HDTVs in the media room and master suites, and a dedicated high-speed Internet/WiFi connection that's perfect for streaming your favorite shows.
