The highlight of Holiday House is the view that you will enjoy from every room, and the very large deck set up for your relaxation, dining, whale watching, listening to bird song, and marveling at the sunset..followed by the twinkling lights of Santa Cruz up the shore. Easy access to Manresa State Beach. Surf, or watch the surfers, beach comb, fly a kite, surf cast: public access beach extends for more than 11 miles! Time spent indoors will be enhanced by the cozy living room, comfortable sofas and dining space, wall mounted 42" smart tv for movies and sports, and lots of books, games, and puzzles. Seriously cute and comfortable to visit, this house has a vintage modern vibe that is designed to be efficient, interesting, and welcoming. It was built in the 70's and features some original finishes and some newer. The 2 bedrooms (new carpet laid November 2021) are furnished with queen beds with new mattresses, bedding, and pillows (one bedroom has an additional twin with trundle bed) and the 1.5 baths are clean and well-appointed with plenty of higher quality towels and lighting. The kitchen is outfitted to cook 3 meals a day with virtually all the tools you expect, if you like that sort of thing! There is a washer and dryer on site, and a garage for your bikes or surfboards so you can unload and clean and lock 'em up.

Best vacation!
We loved our stay. The ocean view was spectacular. It was a short walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The chocolate chip cookies and dog treats were an extra bonus.

Lovely comfortable place, with fantastic deck

Wonderful relaxing family staycation
Our family of 4 had a very pleasant stay at Lori's cottage. We found the property spotless and in great condition. The kitchen was so clean and well appointed! Favorite beach house
A lovely, peaceful, comfortable, home away from home. Would highly recommend, only problem with that is it’s not always available when I want to go😉 Oh well, I can share- it’s wonderful.
