"We chose Canyon Motel for it's proximity to the Wellsboro main street and affordability of amenities, and we were not disappointed. We were able to relax in the Jacuzzi in our room after a long day of hiking and walking, or take in some heat in the sauna which was located in the pool area. "This Lodge is primarily for extended stay people. It is not really meant for overnight guests. The room was nice and clean. There is no staff in the Lodge. Felt scary. The Lodge uses the shared Econolodge parking lot. Had to use Econolodge lobby for check-in and the minimal included breakfast. While only a short walk, you're always walking outside. Won't be back."

"It was standard as a hotel could be! Owner/Manager was fast on his job, and helped with a spare key when we left our key in the hotel room. Would say that big ac in the room 110 is insanely load but kept the room perfect during the winter. Also bathroom door tight so squeaks load too. Either way it was a nice stay and will see us again."
