Although we had 8 adults and doubled up where possible in doubles and queen beds, (the unit is supposed to sleep 12) there were fewer beds than expected. We did fine with 8. I would highly recommend the hosts and the facility. "

"The cabin is exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. Very nice outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. We brought an air mattress as our older teans will not share a bed, there was room as long as we put the bed up during the day. Definitely a property we would stay at again."

"We spent 2 nights at the cabin while we were visiting Waterton Lakes. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clean and everything looks new. The cabin is dog-friendly which we appreciated very much. It’s located in a campground but was very quiet and we could walk our dogs around the campground without other dogs running loose. It’s located in a beautiful area and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"Nice rustic cabin with water and heat located on the Oldman River, just what we were looking for. Spent 5 days relaxing, exploring the property, and staring at the stars at night. Joe is a great guy with lots of knowledge of the area. Located about 15 minutes from Pincher Creek with easy access from the main highway. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had an incredible experience at Payne Lake Lodge. The lodge was big enough for our family gathering. Cheryl was very attentive to our needs. She took care of stuff that required attention promptly. We ran into communication challenges exchanging and getting information via VRBO site but Cheryl and I manage to rectify the missing important details we required regarding arriving and entry to the property.
