"Basic. Bed was clean/check with UV light, no bugs, no stains. Door had a deadbolt and I felt safe. Bathroom was very clean and no problem with hot water. "The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
