"Ver clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen glass stovetop microwave and sink. Value was excellent. My only negative is that there wasn’t any coffee in the lobby (there was last time) and actually the lobby was completely locked up during checkout. I had to dial zero on an outside phone to get someone to unlock the door and take my room keys. Kind of a pain. I’m guessing it was because it appeared there were only 3-4 rooms being used."

"The property is no Ritz, but it's a very good value for the money ($134/nt). The room was clean & comfortable with a big picture window looking out on a little pond and trees sporting colorful fall foliage. There was a load of parking and there's a fun restaurant Cuckoo's Nest Mexican a short walk from the lot. Shopping areas are just five minutes away in either direction. The ocean is a quick five minute drive away as well. "

"If you look on maps, it says this property is permanently closed. However, this property is the most open and functional property I have seen in the Groton area. The room I stayed in was recently re-done. The bathtub still had a sticker on it. It’s so clean. is a nice little family that owns the property and we love to support local businesses. Keep up the good work guys I hope to see you soon."
