"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool! We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend this super friendly hotel. "

"This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time. But we were a little disappointed this time. Staff lost a part of our luggage and had a rude staff member for a late greeting (11pm) at door and wouldn’t let us order room service. All in all would stay again as location and parking are great! "

"Very beautiful castle hotel and property. It's on its own island and a free ferry brings you across the small river. Lovely. Food is fantastic. Extensive Breakfast is included (except my cappuccino). Staff is great. Romantic. There are large, modern "cottages" (like townhouses) for families or bigger groups. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!"
