"This is a family business with friendly staff. It’s a great, clean place to stay if you’re on the road or have biz in Waterbury. No frills, but excellent beds and showers and the weird joy of a cook-your-own waffle station at breakfast. "

"Dirty. I asked them to vacuum, please. They said there is no vacuum cleaner. Carpet very dirty. Stains and dirt on bed spread. I slept on blankets from my car. I slept with shoes on and clothes on. No mirror in bathroom. No place to set anything in bathroom. Wooden table and chair in room were dirty. I cleaned them with sanitizer wipes. Smell of stale air. No bedside reading light or table. Holiday Inn Express Southington, an IHG Hotel

"Great location; breakfast is was good. Price was good. The only bad experience was the AC unit, it was making a weird and loud noise. I think they need to change it. Other than that, it was a good experience. "
