Das "Haus am See" ist durch seine Lage einzigartig. Es ist kein 0-8-15-Ferienhaus, sondern mit Cha..
Das "Haus am See" ist durch seine Lage einzigartig. Es ist kein 0-8-15-Ferienhaus, sondern mit Charakter und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es über zwei Doppelzimmer und zwei Zimmer mit Stockbetten verfügt. Von letzteren ist ein Stockbett nur 1,80 m lang, so dass nur mittelgroße Menschen hier bequem schlafen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was den Urlaubskomfort ausmacht, es ist allerdings alt und das erfordert hier und da entsprechendes Verhalten (z.B. die Toilettenspülung laaangsaaam ziehen - ist ja kein Problem !).

Super Lage
Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur Klasse. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine Enkel und auch unser Hund waren begeistert von der direkten Seelage.

Reiseabbruch wegen Baustelle
In der direkten Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle mit massiver Geräuschbelästigung und Erschütterungen im ganzen Haus. (Abbrucharbeiten und Neubau). Garten wegen der massiven Geräuschentwicklung nicht nutzbar. Schwerlastverkehr auf dem einspurigen Fahrweg zum Haus. Kaum denkbar, dass dies dem Reiseveranstalter nicht bekannt war. Stornoabwicklung reibungslos.

Wir haben das Haus mittlerweile 7 mal gebucht. Das Ambiente und die Lage sind einmalig. Bei der Ausstattung ist noch einiges verbesserungsbedürftig. z.B. müsste der schon rostige Toaster ausgetauscht werden. Auch das Kaffee- und das Essgeschirr könnten teilweise erneuert werden. Eine Bedieungsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre nützlich. Der Mietpreis ist mittlerweile schon sehr hoch.

Ferien im Frühjahr
Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Perfekt mit Hund und Kind. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Service beim Buchen hat super geklappt. Bei Fragen vor der Anreise hat man umgehend eine Antwort bekommen. Ein kleines altes Häuschen mit Charme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus mit Charme
Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum See. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Haus ist trotz des Alters in einem sehr gepflegten und modernisierten Zustand. Das Haus und die Umgebung lädt zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen ein. Küchenutensilien sind genügend vorhanden und auch für regnerische Tage ist mit diversen Spielesammlungen für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön und besonders.

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben direkt am See. Das Haus hat schon einige "Alterserscheinigungen"
Das Grundstück und die Lage sind sehr schön. Das Haus weist einige Alterserscheinungen auf. Für diesen Preis haben wir einen etwas gehobeneren Standart erwartet. Die Haustür klemmt so, dass man die Tür nur zu zweit aufbekommt. Für mehrere Erwachsene sind die Betten nicht geeignet (2 Doppelbetten, 2 Stockbetten, die zu klein für Erwachsene sind) Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok. Leider besteht ein Ameisenproblem in der Küche....Das Grundstück und die Aussenansicht haben uns schon überzeugt, aber das Haus müsste für diesen Preis dringend renoviert werden.

Echt toll das nostal...
Echt toll das nostalgische Häuschen ,gegenüber Zuhause vermisst man nichts. Haushaltsartikel sind in vielseitiger Form vorhanden und aufgefüllt. Wir hatten brachten noch ein Schlauchboot mit,hatten dafür einen guten Seezugang Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und möchten wieder eimal Ferien dort verbringen

sehr schöne private Lage, ideal für zwei Familien, schön im Original Stil erhalten. Das Haus und das Grundstück bieten ausreichend Platz. Max geeignet für 6 Erwachsene.
