"The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner was great and food cooked to perfection. There are so many choices from the breakfast brunch. My only issue was when checking in we stood there for an about 5-10 mind with no assistance. There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her computer.I thought this was a one off experience but the following day I went to get a parking ticket and there were 3 ladies at the front, 3 men at the back. They all looked at me then back down, eventually one of the guys in the back said to one of the ladies “can you help her” she looked up and acknowledged me, because of this I opted for the express check out. As a person of color this is not a good experience and the 1st time I’ve ever experienced something like this. The lady who eventually checked us in ( she walked in while we were waiting)was wonderful and made us feel welcome"
