"bathrooms had curtains which I'm not extremely fond of, but other than that the location was dreamlike and beautiful paths to walk... great location, confortable furniture. too soft for my liking but I know most people prefer soft mattresses, so I guess it's positive"

"Stayed here for 1 night. Gorgeous hotel, delicious breakfast included. Check in was easy, hotel was quiet. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Staff very friendly, very kind. Wifi was good. View from balcony was unreal, such a gorgeous place. Brienz is a must see, no skip place! Would absolutely recommend staying here! Lots of hiking spots in the area!"

"Stayed for 1 night. Had a late check-in due to flight but was still accommodated. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was delicious. The room was tidy and was spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The closet space was good. The bathroom was clean. Didn’t need heating not sure if it works. The view from the room and from the dining area is the best part. Hotel has elevators and stairs. Parking available out in front of hotel."

"This was my first week ever in Europe and this hotel was my favorite. It started with the super nice, accommodating staff and continued with the beautiful view of the lake from my room. They were in the final parts of remodeling but my room was perfectly done with a great view of Mt Pilatus over the little pool. Dinner was a bit pricey but the breakfast buffet was certainly worth it. Highly recommended...oh, and take the ship to get there. Its a very short walk to the hotel 👍"
