This incredible custom home sits on nine acres that feels like your own private oasis. Inside you will find solid wood trim and doors, custom woodwork, and hickory floors. Outside you can relax on the large deck and enjoy the forest views, the small pond, and the sounds of multiple creeks that run through the property.
As you enter into the foyer, you are greeted with the oversized living area and wood fireplace that is completely bathed in natural light from all of the windows. Most every piece of décor in this house is new and was curated to offer you that perfect blend of style and comfort. On the same floor you will find the fully stocked kitchen and dining area that opens up on to the deck with ample seating for everyone as well as the custom fire-table to enjoy long into the evening.
For sleeping options the main floor does have a queen bed and full bathroom. As you ascend upstairs there are the other two spacious and wonderfully appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a second full bath available as well.
One of the most popular features for sure is the detached game room. There you will find another huge TV for streaming, cozy gaming chairs, an arcade game, foosball, and some console game options. Its the perfect escape for kids or anyone looking for some fun and a wonderful amenity to be enjoyed anytime of the year.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
