Quiet and cute little cottage style place that was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that there was no inside access to the second floor sleeping area.
Large yard, great porch, ac, full washer dryer, stove. Everything we needed was already provided. The one thing that was a little worrisome was the driveway is a little tight and hard to pull out without seeing what was coming.
Only issue i had was they let their dogs out in front of where we were staying, and i have a small dog, who's not great with other dogs, so he freaked out. Thankfully kept him inside. But then i didnt know his dogs were out, i dont know if they are friendly, and one of them just ran up and jumped on me. And then when we were trying to leave, the dogs were just by our car, and we had to get out and try and guide them away, so we didnt run them over, while the hosts just looked out the window and didnt help at all. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

When we first arrived I was going to give it 5 stars because the property is beautiful. But then I went upstairs and there were a couple dozen stink bugs crawling around (I actually brought some home in my bag even after removing them myself). The upstairs also has no indoor access to the main floor so I had to run downstairs in a complete downpour to use the restroom at 3am. And the final blow came when I pulled the sheets down...not one but 4 disgusting stains. We slept on top of the comforter. We rented this place because it was only 2.5 miles from a huge Halloween party we attended. To us this was the responsible thing to do after drinking all night and not driving 30 miles back home. I would hope that a home represented by an accredited vacation rental company would take more care knowing we are arriving. At least vaccum up the unwanted critters and change the sheets!!!!! I felt our presence was not important. Very dissapointed
I unfortunately had to cancel last-minute due to a death. Scott was very understanding and went above and beyond in his communication and thoughtfulness. I really appreciated this.
