You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully.
There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.

▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm
▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am.
▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500.
▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of
$500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation).

PARKING
We have ample street parking in front of our home where you may park with a guest parking pass. Please provide us with the model/make, state of vehicle registration and license plate number so that we may provide you with a parking pass that will be good for the duration of your stay.
EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Requests for early check-ins and later check-outs are subject to booking calendar availability
For earlier check-in and later check-outs within 1 hour, it is complimentary
For earlier check-ins and later check-outs within 3+ hours, a $50 cleaning service fee will be automatically charged.
Please note that while we do our very best to assist with accommodating requests for earlier check-ins and later check-outs, this is not always available due to back to back same day reservation bookings and all requests are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding!

GUEST CAPACITY
Our house SLEEPS up to 6 adults & 2 children (max occupancy adults + children = 8). Bunk beds are full sized so can sleep 1 adult & one small child per bed. Max weight occupancy for top bunk is 250 lbs. Twin trundle can sleep one additional adult or one child.
We have two twin sized rollaway beds that can sleep two adults. Please request bedding for the rollaway beds upon check in if you plan on using these.
If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, we respectfully request that you please agree to additional cleaning every 14 days.
