Everything was walking distance, hotel was in a good area and staff was very friendly. Only negatives were parking fee was too high and the shower only had lukewarm water.

No air conditioner for three days and finally left after staying 3 days and booked 8 days. Very hot and entire hotel and rooms and elevators smell like weed. Manager on duty at night was black with long hair and smelled of weed as well. They had to move me and my small kids in middle of night to another room due to air conditioning. New room still didnt have air conditioning and we had friends staying there and no air conditioning as well so we knew it was the entire unit. We went down after three days of an 80 degree room and they had no fix. We asked to check out and be refunded for the 5 days out of the 8 days we paid for and only stayed 3 which is very reasonable. Manager refused and i calmy went up to my room and was over it and had the police kick us out onto the streets in middle of the night with two small kids which is very dangerous. He had no reason to do that other then he didnt know how to manage and couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem so just called the police. He was a black manager with long hair and smelled like weed and could tell he was high on his shift. Very unprofessional and nothing marriott should stand for and they did.

We reserved this hotel thinking it would be a great stay, only to realize the AC was not working and our room was over 80 degrees. The staff claimed that there was an issue with the system and that they couldn’t do anything about it. The staff would also not refund us our money. We made the decision to go to another hotel for a few days while they fixed the issue, at our own additional cost. Big inconvenience for our family as the basic necessity of AC was not able to be furnished.
