They were overbooked, and my family and I had to stay elsewhere for the first 2 nights. It took a lot of time to rearrange accommodation and vacation plans that we missed some of the activities we had planned to see and do in the area. Overall, the property was very nice. The rooms and lobby were clean. The breakfast was good as well. Our only gripe was the hotel bar was closed all three nights due to someone calling out each night. About a 6 minute walk to the Eisenhower Line (Yellow), so it was convenient to get into DC.

We loved the Residence Inn. Good breakfast. Staff were very polite. Walking distance to King Street. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. $8 for bottled water in the room was rather excessive.
