Perfect location in Capitol Hill
Stayed here with my wife and toddler for two nights. It had everything we needed and was walkable to everything in Capitol Hill. Parking was easy enough as well. Host was very responsive and accommodating as well.

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect for us to go to a baseball game and to explore the Smithsonians and the Capitol. Christie was very accomodating for us. The place was clean and exactly what we needed.

Excellent location, perfect for my family of 4. the kitchen is a bit tight and you have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom but those were both more than made up for by the location and convenience. The place had everything we needed.

Awesome Location
My only warning to others is that the bathroom is located by walking through the small bedroom area where the single bed is located. It is fine for families and friends who don't mind the intrusion by others. But if you are with those whom can't be disturbed to get to the bathroom, this may not work for you.

This apartment was easy to get to -- just a couple blocks from the Capitol Building - easy access to both bus and train metro system. Host was very responsive and easy to work with whenever we needed anything. Looking forward to coming and staying here again.

Charming apartment in a fantastic central location
We are a family of four and we stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights. The location was perfect, a beautiful, peaceful area but within walking distance of all the main sights. There are lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and also some grocery shops nearby. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent and the additional bed we requested was set up and ready for us upon our arrival. We loved our stay here and would be very happy to stay again if we come back to Washington.
